Bob Weiss is a CUNDY Senior Consultant. His responsibilities with CUNDY include consulting and coordination of non-qualified executive benefit programs, qualified pension plans, 401(k), as well as life, retirement, and estate benefit planning. He has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Bob's expertise includes supplemental executive retirement programs (SERP's), deferred compensation plans, executive life and bonus programs (including carve-outs) as well as qualified pension and estate planning. The interrelation of all of these programs is necessary in providing a comprehensive and integrated plan for clients in solving their personal, business/professional, retirement, and estate needs and aspirations.

Bob received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Penn State University, with a major in Insurance and Finance. Bob also received designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant from the American College. Advance certificate programs were completed through the American College in Pension Planning, Estate Planning, Business Insurance Planning, Insurance Management, and numerous other subjects.
