Laura
Maro is Director of Client Services for CUNDY. Her responsibilities
include managing the Operations Department within Client Services.
She is also responsible for overseeing the research and RFP
process; contract negotiations through implementation, communication,
enrollment, and ongoing client service. She has nearly 25
years experience in the benefits consulting industry with
diversified experience in account management, sales &
claims. Her background includes a variety of roles with areas
of responsibility encompassing national account management,
sales, customer service, claims management and investigation
for several Fortune 500 companies. Laura attended Richland
College and Ohio Northern University. She has attended the
Strategic Account Management Association Conference and CIGNA's
Sales Training School and Management Training Program. She
is licensed in Life, Health and Variable Annuities.
